Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified junior associate either as a new law school graduate or with one year of transactional experience to join its Business Law Group.

Applicants should have a strong interest in a transactional practice (e.g., corporate, M&A, securities). Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents a plus. Applicants should have superior law school performance, and demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to deadlines. A candidate must be attentive to detail, learn quickly and be willing to assist on multiple projects and transactions with supervision.
