Labor & Employment Staff Attorney at Quarles & Brady LLP (Chicago, IL)

Quarles & Brady LLP's Chicago office seeks two Staff Attorneys with a minimum of two to three years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Team.

These attorneys would work a reduced hours schedule and would not be eligible for health insurance. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, and should have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws, and should have experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts. Applicants should have the ability to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed guidance, including counseling employers, responding to administrative charges, attending administrative hearings, mediating employment disputes, drafting and responding to discovery, and drafting motions in federal and state court.
