Vedder Price's New York office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience. Candidates should have substantive knowledge in and experience with the Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 2A and 9 in particular), equipment leasing and commercial finance law, collateral repossession and bankruptcy law, and general commercial litigation, together with mid-level associate litigation skills, including the ability to draft complaints, discovery and motions, take depositions, appear in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, negotiate settlements and correspond with opposing counsel.
