Kilpatrick Townsend's Atlanta office is seeking an associate for our Mechanical and Medical Device patent team with 2-3+ years of experience in patent prosecution work and counseling. Applicants should have a strong academic record in a technical degree as well as a registration number in the United States Patent & Trademark Office. An advanced engineering degree and/or industry experience is desirable but not required.
