Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, is currently seeking an associate with three to four years of experience in corporate practice for its Chicago office. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is highly preferred. Candidates also should be familiar with U.S. securities regulations and general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary related documents will be expected. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.
