Requirements:

Successful candidates will ideally have 3-6 years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A, securities (including SEC reporting compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity/venture capital financing matters, and/or project development and finance transactions.
