Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a large law firm, for the Winston-Salem office. The associate should have experience with M&A transactions and general corporate work. Desired skill sets include: the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—including M&A deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents for sophisticated public and private clients, and familiarity with corporate governance principles for public companies.
