Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an experienced privacy/cybersecurity associate for the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a good, basic background in privacy law with a minimum of two years of experience (CIPP/US preferred). Strong analytical skills, good writing skills and excellent client service are also required. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. A background in some or all of the following is preferred – policy writing, program development, compliance, crisis response, project management, risk management, soft IP (technology transactions) and privacy regulation in the telecommunications, finance and health sectors.
