Robinson+Cole's Tax Practice Group seeks an experienced attorney to join its Hartford, New York, or Stamford offices. Qualified candidates will have six or more years of experience advising companies, organizations, and nonprofit entities on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters. Experience representing clients in connection with a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, with particular emphasis on transactional work, is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation and large-firm or equivalent experience is a plus. Admission to the bar of your office of residence is required. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
