Michael Best has an opportunity for an associate in our Madison office with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with transactional real estate. Well qualified applicants will have substantial knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate matters, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents, real estate financing transactions, and leasing agreements. Large firm experience is preferred. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
