Job Description

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP seeks an associate for its Real Estate Department in the Kalamazoo office. This position is appropriate for attorneys with one to three years of experience practicing commercial real estate law including acquisition, development, management, financing, workout and restructuring, ownership and tax structuring, public/private partnerships and leasing. Qualified candidates will have had experience working in a variety of commercial real estate industries including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily.
