Our Business and Finance Department is seeking an outstanding attorney to join our growing Securities and Investment Management Practice Groups. Successful candidates will have two to four years of experience in investment management and other financial services matters, which could include EB-5 immigration investment funds, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds. Securities reporting and compliance experience is also helpful, as is experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. Exceptional academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required.

Our Business & Finance Department has a regional and national practice involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions, pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions, investment companies, sports and other franchises, public utilities and hospitals and health services.
