The Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr's national IP practice seeks lawyers with three to five years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation (including litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board), domain name disputes (both in court and ICANN proceedings), trademark clearance and prosecution, global brand enforcement, and false advertising.

We require top academic credentials and superb oral and written communication skills. We are particularly interested in former judicial clerks, but this experience is not required.
