The Business Practices Group is seeking an associate with three to four years of finance experience to work in its secured lending practice. Prior experience with Article 9 the Uniform Commercial Code and familiarity with loan and security documentation is important. Must be confident, detail oriented and able to assume responsibility for matters early in career, as position will include significant client contact. Candidates should have excellent academic records, strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
