Thompson Coburn is seeking a transactional attorney to join its finance practice. Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance/secured transactions, real estate lending, and general corporate work. Tax credit and other public incentive experience is a plus but not required.

Candidates must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function independently and within a team.
