Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our Asset Securitization Group in the Chicago office. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in asset securitization at a large law firm.

Examples of specific desired experience, prior or current representation include the following:


* Representation of lenders, agents, underwriters, originators, issuers, trustees, backup servicers and servicers in new issuances, amendments and workouts of securitizations or structured finance transactions relating to a variety of asset classes


* Representation of large financial institutions with regard to their sponsorship of commercial paper conduits in connection with financings of such assets as trade and credit card receivables
