Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking to hire one (1) Associate to join our Commercial Lending practice group in the Banking and Financial Services department. This position will be based in the New York office. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions at a law firm, bank or other finance company.

Specific examples of desired experience and prior or current representations include the following:


* Representing lenders in commercial finance transactions, in particular, secured and unsecured bank and private equity fund lending from origination through documentation.


* Advising banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions in documenting credit transactions.
