The Houston office of Blank Rome LLP is seeking a highly motivated Patent Agent or Patent Associate with an Electrical Engineering Degree and 1-3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to join its IP & Technology practice group. Experience preparing and prosecuting software inventions is a plus. The position may also involve some litigation support. It is required that Associate candidates be licensed to practice law in Texas. Both Patent Agent and Associate candidates are required to be licensed to practice with the US Patent & Trademark Office and should have outstanding academic and professional credentials.
