Katten is seeking an associate with three to four years of relevant law firm experience to join our Corporate department in the Chicago office. Excellent academic credentials, work references and a Illinois bar license are required. Candidates must have well-rounded corporate experience, including M&A and private equity experience. Some securities experience is a plus.
