The ideal candidate will have experience handling regulatory matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission as well as matters before the Energy Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).

The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have a Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
