Our Phoenix office seeks an associate with three to four years of experience in complex IP litigation. He or she will have the opportunity to join Ballard's national practice and work on the full range of IP litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Excellent academic credentials, experience with patent litigation, and superb writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required. A technical background and/ or membership in the Patent Bar are preferred but are not required.
