Our Atlanta office is seeking an associate to join our Business & Finance Department. Qualified candidates will have experience (2-4 years) in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. Strong academic credentials as well as analytical and communication skills are required. Experience with transactional finance and/ or big firm experience would be a plus.
Our Business & Finance Department has a regional, national, and international practice involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions; pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions; investment companies; sports and other franchises; public utilities; and hospitals and health services.
