Preferred areas of expertise include products liability, general commercial litigation and financial services. Substantive writing, deposition and courtroom experience is preferred. Tennessee Bar membership required.

Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school.
