Michael Best is looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney in its Milwaukee office. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience working in a sophisticated practice. Preferred areas of specialized experience include drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, LLC operating agreements and corporate transactional agreements (including strong knowledge of partnership and corporate taxation); crafting and negotiating common business documents; and, private equity experience. The position offers the prospects of significant upward potential, as well as key participation in the Firm's Milwaukee business practice.
