Michael Best has an excellent opportunity in our Chicago office for an attorney with 15+ years of trademark and copyright litigation experience. Michael Best's Intellectual Property Group is the largest practice area in our collegial, general practice firm and our attorneys have the privilege of representing top brands and valuable intellectual property portfolios across a wide variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have significant first chair federal court trademark and copyright litigation experience and be well versed in handling matters before the TTAB. Significant experience with management of IP portfolios and prosecution will be well received. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business, a client-focused practice, and excellent writing skills.
