Associate to be part of our growing dynamic practice with 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales transactions; leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), real estate finance (mortgage loans, construction loans, mezzanine financing, and/or preferred equity); and joint ventures. Experience with due diligence, title review, and general real estate matters (management agreements, brokerage agreements, etc.). Must be a member of the New York State Bar.
