Electrical Engineering Patent Associate with 3 to 6 years of significant experience in the areas of patent litigation and counseling. The successful candidate's practice will focus on freedom to operate analyses, opinion work, due diligence and IP litigation. Electrical Engineering degree is required. Must possess excellent academic credentials, oral communication, legal research and writing skills. Must be a registered patent attorney and be a member of the Illinois State Bar.
