Chemical Patent Associates with 1 to 3 years of pharmaceutical experience for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Experience in opinion work, freedom to operate analysis, due diligence and patent prosecution is considered a plus. Master's degree in Chemistry, with a focus on Organic or Medicinal Chemistry, is required. Must be admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and be a member of The Florida Bar (or willing to sit for the next exam).
