The Houston office of BakerHostetler has an immediate opening for a Healthcare PrivacyAssociate. The duties include the following:

• Focus on privacy and data security including: data breach response, regulatory investigations and regulatory compliance under HIPAA and state laws
• Review and analyze clinical data
• Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks to produce a high volume of quality work
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Law degree and Texas bar admission required
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated interest preferred
• Must be able to work within a team environment and communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing, with client and other team members
