Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including hotel management agreements, commercial mortgage-backed securities, leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), and acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements). Must possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academics and have at least 3 years of large law firm experience. Must be a member of the State Bar of California or willing to sit for the next examination.
