BakerHostetler’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is looking for a Mechanical Engineering associate to join its group. This hire will be based in the firm's Philadelphia office but fully integrated into a thriving national practice. Qualified candidates must have 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Large law firm experience as well as work in the medical device area is a plus. In addition to being a state licensed attorney, qualified candidates must also be registered to practice before the USPTO.
