Fennemore Craig, a regional law firm with six offices in three states, is seeking a Franchise Attorney to join its growing practice.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have at least six years’ sophisticated business law experience with the primary focus on franchise law. Preferred experience includes drafting of franchise agreements, contracts, and federal and state specific disclosure documents, assisting clients with franchise registration, and assessing federal regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a significant portable book of business, as well as a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. Arizona or Nevada bar membership preferred.
