The ideal candidate should have a strong transactional OR contract drafting background with specific experience or an interest in focusing on managed care. This individual must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent drafting and communication skills. Ideal candidates will exhibit the highest level of legal and practical problem solving skills, strong oral presentation and argument ability, and client relations acumen.
