Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., seeks a midlevel transactional associate (3-7 years of relevant experience) for its Health Care & Life Sciences Practice for either its New York City or Newark, NJ, office.

The ideal candidate should have strong corporate transactional/M&A experience with an interest in focusing on the health care industry. This individual must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent drafting and communication skills. Ideal candidates will exhibit the highest level of legal and practical problem solving skills, strong oral presentation and argument ability, and client relations acumen. The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and are seeking opportunities for growth and the desire to work on a broad range of business transactions in the health care industry. Admission to practice law in New York or New Jersey is mandatory.
