The Seattle office of Lane Powell seeks an associate for our trusts and estates practice. Our trusts and estates practice involves all aspects of estate planning including estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, tax-sensitive estate planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, income tax planning and income tax issues. Successful candidates will have at least three years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, working with high net worth individuals, an LLM in taxation (preferred), strong academic credentials and writing skills.
