Loeb & Loeb is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join its New York office. The candidate must have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: high net worth estate and tax planning, drafting wills and trusts agreements, and advising tax-exempt organizations on applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in multiple areas. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar are required.
