Attorneys with a minimum of 4-6 years experience handling general corporate and commercial real estate matters in New Jersey and nationally in our Morristown office. Work will involve corporate mergers and acquisitions, large contracts, license agreements, technology licensing/sales agreements, purchase, sale and joint venture work for the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties and financing.
