Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate with 1-2 years of litigation experience (classes 2013-2014), or a Bankruptcy Law Clerk, to join the Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization Practice Group in our Chicago office as an Associate.

The candidate must have at least 8 months experience serving as a law clerk for a bankruptcy judge in any of the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Candidates with an LLM in bankruptcy and the requisite clerkship experience are encouraged to apply. The candidate must have strong legal writing, oral communication, and litigation skills. Law firm experience is not required.
