Foley & Lardner LLP's Boston office is seeking a 3rd-4th year associate (classes 2011-2012) to join our Business Law Department. Our ideal candidate will have very strong document drafting and negotiating skills, and will have experience in emerging technologies; venture capital; mergers and acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; equity investments; venture financings; private placement securities offerings; portfolio company investments; and the organization, development and financing of early stage companies. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Large law firm experience preferred.
