The Energy practice in our Washington, DC office is looking to hire a mid-level associate with experience in federal energy regulatory matters. Must have 3 – 5 years of experience and be admitted to or eligible to waive into the DC bar. Prior law firm experience and experience with cost-of-service and market-based ratemaking for crude/petroleum product/NGL and natural gas pipelines and related tariff terms and conditions a plus. Excellent academic credentials and great communication skills required.
