The Washington, DC office seeks a patent litigation associate with 3 – 5 years of law firm experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Prior experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and working with experts required; trial experience preferred. Must be able to manage discovery and prepare for trial with little supervision.
