Our Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Practice seeks an Associate to advise clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory matters. We are seeking associates with experience in advising energy clients with policy and regulatory issues involved in developing new facilities, as well as representing ski areas, timber, mining, and oil and gas companies in the public land use and environmental permitting process. Experience with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, as well as various other federal statutes is preferred. Minimum two years of relevant practice post-JD, preference for three or more years.
