Technology Transactions associate with 7+ years of IP transactional experience with an emphasis on digital media and the convergence of technology and entertainment. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating content licensing and acquisition agreements for technology and new media companies in the social gaming, mobile, consumer Internet and social networking space and advising clients on copyright law trends in these areas. Background and experience in entertainment law or the film or television industries a plus. Candidates must have an interest in helping to develop the firm’s practice in this area and a commitment to performing high quality work in fast paced environment. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
