The firm has an opening in the New York office for a senior associate or counsel level corporate finance attorney with substantial transactional experience at a major law firm with a focus on structured finance and securitizations. The ideal candidate will have experience representing underwriters and/or issuers in the issuance of complex rated and non-rated and SEC registered and 144A asset-backed securities in one or more of the following industries: commercial and residential mortgages, energy, media and transportation. You will have an opportunity to work closely with an experienced partner who can provide active mentoring and you will be given the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and client contact. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
