The San Francisco office has an opening for an associate with 1 to 3 years of tax experience to join our Energy Infrastructure & Finance practice. Our practice represents both companies and investors in obtaining (or providing) project finance in structures which allow investors to take advantage of federal tax incentives. Candidates with general tax experience will be considered, however, specific experience with subchapter K, energy credits, depreciation, evaluating debt/equity and economic substance issues or state/local taxation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and great work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
