Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP seeks a highly qualified technology transactions associate attorney for its growing Northern Virginia office. This attorney will work with our corporate practice group, primarily in connection with commercial and technology focused transactions. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong organization, writing and analytical skills and three to five years of relevant law firm experience. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and private equity financing transactions is a plus. Candidates not licensed to practice in Virginia must be willing to take the next available Virginia bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination.
