Job Description:
Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP seeks a highly qualified associate attorney to join its Product Liability Litigation Practice group in the Firm's Raleigh office. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials. Ideal candidates will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, four years of law firm experience involving tort, personal injury, and/or complex litigation matters, deposition experience, and experience with medical records and medical and scientific expert witnesses. Candidates not licensed to practice in NC must be willing to take the next available NC bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination. Candidates for this position must also be willing to travel extensively for expert witness work and trials.
