Job Description

As a part of the continuing growth of its business practice, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has an opening for a second or third year business/transactional associate in the firm's Atlanta office. The preferred candidate will have practical transactional experience related to private equity investments in operating companies and real estate development companies, including experience drafting operating agreements and partnership agreements. A tax background would be a plus, but is not required. The applicant must possess superior academic credentials.

The successful candidate will assist real estate developers, operators and investors, both individual and institutional, with structuring, forming and documenting real estate companies and joint ventures, and will assist entrepreneurial business owners and investors in the formation, financing, acquisition and disposition of various types of operating companies.
