The Atlanta office has an immediate need for an associate with two to three years of law firm federal income tax experience, specifically with planning and transactional work - corporate, partnership and finance. Tax controversy as well as state and local tax experience is a plus. This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national tax practice and participate immediately in sophisticated tax matters. An LLM in Taxation is a plus but well motivated candidates with superior academic credentials will be considered. Candidates must have also have excellent writing ability, maturity and good communication skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia or willing to sit for the state bar, if not a member.
