The Health Care Practice Group seeks to hire, on an as needed, contractual basis, a health care attorney with at least 5 years of experience to reside in the Chicago office. We are seeking candidates with significant transactional experience involving health care organizations and heavy drafting skills. Candidates should also have a background in the legal issues pertaining to provider health care organizations such as the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other regulatory compliance. Illinois bar admission is required.
